25% of selected unit cost within 45days. 15% as booking advance. Rest 10% within 45 days from the date of allotment.
30% of selected unit cost at the time of grounding
18.75% of selected unit cost at basement level
18.75% of selected unit cost at roof level
7.5% of selected unit cost on completion
Payment may be made in cash (Bank Challan), Demand Draft OR Cheque.

Payment is considered valid and allotment letter will be issued only on realization of the cheque
