NOTE:
  • Cost of application is Rs.250/-
  • Application can be downloaded free of cost and at the time of submission Rs.250/- need to be paid
  • DD should be drawn in favor of the GM of the concerned project for an amount of registration fee (above mentioned) + 250/- application fee + booking confirmation advance (if any applicable)
  • The downloaded application form along with certificates to be sent to APRSCL corporate office within a week (from the date of form filling)
  • Citizens born in Andhra Pradesh (Native of AP) but working in any part of India or Abroad may also can apply
  • 5% only are allowed for citizens not born in AP which will be project specific as per APRSCL decistion
  • Independent houses / Duplex houses will have plinth area as 400, 714, 1221, 1510 Sq. Ft. in 100, 150, 200 and 250 Sq Yds plots respectively
    1. This content is only a conceptual presentation and not a legal offering.
    2. Plinth area may vary by 5 to 10%.
    3. APRSCL reseves the right to change layout to suit site condition.
    4. Charges are inclusive of taxes and infrastructure.
  • Independent houses will be built only in Municipalities / Corporations where sufficient land is available for meeting the demand
  • Allotment of flats or houses is subject to availability.
  • Allotment is done on "first come, first served" basis.
