The flats / houses
will be available approximately 25% less than
the market rate. The specifications envisaged
are far superior to any private construction and
is with the best quality construction. The
applicant has to pay minimum of 25% of the cost
of the flat / house in two instalments within a
period of three months, while the balance 75% of
the cost of the house or flat is Bank loan that
will be facilitated by the Government, if the
allottee requests so. The project has been
divided into three phases spread over a period
of three years starting from 2007-08 as
indicated here under.
